Dom Rafael Tinto is sourced from old Aragonêz, Trincadeira, Castelão and Alicante Bouschet vines on the Mouchão Estate. Handpicked grapes are foot trodden and fermented in open lagares — the same winemaking methods used for over a century.
This age-old blend is allowed to mature in oak ‘tonels’ and barriques until bottled, 12 months from harvest.

Dom Rafael Branco is sourced from old Antão Vaz, Arinto and Fernão Pires vines on the Mouchão Estate.
Cold- fermented in the century-old winery, this structured, citrus white wine shows remarkable crispness and character, and is enjoyed both on its own and as a fine accompaniment to Portugal’s outstanding seafood dishes.
