Mouch\u00e3o informs that the abovementioned security measures are reviewed and updated according to needs and the state of the art in these matters.<\/p>

If, for any reason, a breach of security occurs leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to Personal Data, Mouch\u00e3o will notify the relevant authorities without undue delay and, whenever possible, within 72 hours of taking notice thereof, in accordance with the applicable laws. Furthermore, Mouch\u00e3o shall notify any breach of Personal Data to the respective Personal Data subject, according to the applicable laws.<\/p>
